Parking will be free across most public spaces in Dubai during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), all paid parking zones, except for multi-level terminals, will be free to use from Ramadan 29 (Tuesday, May 11) to Shawwal 3.
The parking meters will be reactivated on Shawwal 4.
The RTA’s customer happiness centres and service provider centres (technical testing of vehicles) will be closed from Ramadan 29 to Shawaal 3 and will resume services on Shawaal 4.
The smart customers happiness centre at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara and RTA Head Office will continue to work 24/7 as usual.
Meanwhile, the timings for public transport services in Dubai have been modified as follows:
