Dubai approves AED 3.8 billion housing projects

Housing projects worth AED 3.8 billion have been approved for UAE nationals in Dubai.

It comes following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The package includes 2,000 residential plots, 900 villas and an integrated complex worth AED 500 million for small families.

Beneficiaries will also be able to avail of exemptions from government fees and a reduction in monthly installments for housing loans.
