The smart channels of Dubai Police are becoming increasingly popular.
More than 1.3 million transactions have been conducted through the authority's smart platforms since January 2020.
The bulk of the requests were processed through Dubai Police’s official website (758,078), followed by the force’s smart app (524,069) for iOS and Android devices.
Another 60,216 transactions were handled by Dubai Police Smart Police Stations (SPS) during the same period.
Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, the Director-General of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, reaffirmed the force's keenness on ensuring the highest levels of community happiness by providing innovative and efficient services to the public around the clock.
