The world's tallest skyscraper lit up in the colours of the Italian flag on Monday night.
Dubai’s Burj Khalifa also displayed the words “We are with you” in Italian as a sign of solidarity with the country, amidst recent concerns over COVID-19.
The gesture also expresses the UAE’s commitment to overcoming the common coronavirus challenge shared with both the Mediterranean country and the rest of the world.
