Fire breaks out in Satwa, building evacuated

No injuries or casualties have been reported after a fire broke out in a building in Dubai's Satwa area on Sunday.

According to the Dubai Civil Defence, the blaze erupted in an apartment on the second floor.

Firefighters rushed to the scene after receiving a report at 11:41 am.

They quickly evacuated the building and brought the fire under control by 12:04 pm.

The cooling operations began at 12:18 pm before handing over the site to the authorities for further investigations.
