If you thought that Dubai's metro stations are only meant to ease your daily commutes, then think again.
They are now set to host mini music concerts featuring international artists spanning different genres.
As many as 25 musicians will be performing throughout next week at five different metro stations (Burjuman, Union, DMCC, Mall of the Emirates, and Burj Khalifa).
The gigs are part of the inaugural Metro Music Festival, running from March 17-23, and they are free for all.
The fest is organised by Brand Dubai in partnership with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
