His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister, has emphasised the importance of investing in national talent and expanding specialised, career opportunities in the private sector.
It was highlighted during a meeting with Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, on Friday.
Sheikh Hamdan also stressed the need for an integrated local and federal framework to support national talent across various sectors.
The meeting also looked at developments in the use of AI and advanced technologies to enhance government services, improve efficiency, and better support employers and employees.
