President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said the UAE will "emerge stronger than before", affirming that the safety and security of citizens, residents, and visitors remain a top priority.
Speaking to Abu Dhabi TV during a visit to the hospital to meet those injured in the Iranian attacks, Sheikh Mohamed said the injured are "our responsibility" and prayed they "make a full recovery".
Sheikh Mohamed thanked the armed forces, security services, and national teams for their efforts and praised community awareness and expressions of love for the nation. "All of them are performing a duty that honours the UAE and the honours everyone who belongs to the UAE."
He also praised the UAE nationals for "fulfilling their duty in a way that brings joy and pride" and thanked the residents for honouring the country with "their stance".
"We are in a time of war, and I promise them we will fulfill our duty... because it is our obligation to protect our people and our country."
In a message directed "at the enemies of the UAE, Sheikh Mohamed said: "The UAE is attractive; The UAE is beautiful. The UAE is a model. But I say to them: Do not be misled by the UAE's appearance - we are no easy prey".
The President affirmed that the UAE "will carry out our duty towards our country, our people, and our residents who are also part of our family".
"I promise everyone that we will emerge stronger than before."

In a post shared on X, the UAE President also expressed his gratitude to the UAE's community for their awareness and loyalty during the ongoing developments, adding that "everyone is Emirati through their love for this land and their contributions to it".
