H. H. Sheikh Mohamed reviews relations with Turkish President Erdogan

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has reviewed the prospects of accelerating bilateral relations with Turkey during a call with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

According to the national news agency WAM, Erdoğan also congratulated the UAE on its 50th National Day, wishing the Emirates continued progress and prosperity. 

Sheikh Mohamed thanked the leader for his "sincere feelings" and wished Turkey continued progress, prosperity and stability.

This development follows an official visit on November 24 upon invitation from President Erdogan.

Following the visit, the UAE announced a $10 billion investment fund in Turkey that will focus on strategic investments, most notably in the logistics sectors, including energy, health and food.
