His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated more than 2,000 graduates of UAE University today.
In a video posted on social media, His Highness said he wished he could be with them to shake their hands.
His Highness also told them that they are the reason we should all be optimistic about the future of the UAE.
