The United Arab Emirates bid farewell to King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan on Tuesday following a fraternal visit.
Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs, bid farewell to King Abdullah at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi.
On Monday, King Abdullah was hosted by UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to discuss regional developments amid escalating military tensions and the serious implications for security and stability.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, were also in attendance.
King Abdullah reaffirmed Jordan’s solidarity with the UAE and its measures to protect its sovereignty and the safety of its people.
