The RTA will launch a 24/7 service that lets customers speak to a representative through the messaging service.
Dubai's transportation authority made the announcement on Twitter, stating customers will have access to the information they need through the new initiative.
You can save their official WhatsApp number, +971 58 800 9090 for quicker communication.
