Starting from June 1, 2023, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) will accept applications for the Emirates Labour Market Award.
The application window closes on August 31, 2023, with assessments in September and the award ceremony in November.
The annual award aims to enhance the UAE labour market's competitiveness, increase productivity, and improve the quality of life for workers in private sector establishments.
The award consists of three categories: Establishments, Workforce, and Business Service Partners. The Establishments category acknowledges leading establishments that excel in employment relationships and compliance with work environment regulations.
It is further divided into a main category and six subcategories based on establishment size.
