The fourteenth batch of wounded Palestinian children and cancer patients have arrived in the UAE to receive medical treatment.
The plane, which departed from Eypt's Al Arish International Airport, landed in Abu Dhabi, carrying 32 Palestinians in urgent need of medical assistance and 64 members of their families.
They were flown to Abu Dhabi, under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to provide medical treatment for 1,000 injured children and 1,000 cancer patients from the Gaza Strip in the UAE's hospitals.
Upon arrival, critical patients were immediately transferred to hospitals, while the remaining cases and their families were taken to the Emirates Humanitarian City for boarding.

Since the Gaza conflict erupted, the UAE has stepped up humanitarian assistance for Palestinians under "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3" and 'Tarahum - for Gaza' campaigns.
So far, the UAE has established a 150-bed field hospital in Gaza and a 100-bed floating hospital in Al Arish port.
The country also launched six desalination plants in Rafah, Egypt, to address the dire water infrastructure situation in Gaza and ensure the Palestinians have access to safe drinking water.
These initiatives exemplify the UAE's long-standing dedication to supporting the Palestinian people, alleviating their hardships, and fostering solidarity and cooperation through impactful humanitarian efforts.
