More than 180 new services will be added to Digital Dubai's "DubaiNow" application by the end of February 2027, in an effort to further unify government services through a digital channel.
The announcement follows an intensive specialised bootcamp organised by Digital Dubai in collaboration with government entities to accelerate the integration of services into the application.
Several local authorities, including the Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Police, Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Health, Dubai Culture, the Department of Finance, Dubai Community Development Authority, took part in the bootcamp, where they will lead the next phase of migrating their services to the application.
Additional entities are also set to join the initiative in the next stages of implementation
The bootcamp is part of Digital Dubai’s ongoing efforts to expedite the implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council, under the Digital Shared Channels Initiative.
The application currently provides access to more than 250 government and private sector services from over 35 entities.
“The Digital Shared Channels Initiative marks a significant transformation in the delivery of government services in Dubai, " said Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Government Establishment. "It is built on unifying services within specialised digital channels that provide a clearer, more seamless user experience, powered by AI," he added.
“Our goal extends beyond providing services through a single platform. We are advancing a connected government experience in which entities operate as one integrated ecosystem centered around people’s needs," he added
