SEHA is partnering with the University of Manchester to launch a medical education programme for staff.
The Abu Dhabi Health Services Company signed the agreement to provide employees with a tailored Post-graduate Certificate (PGCert) in Medical and Health Education.
The nine-month programme will give participants the skills and knowledge to become medical educators.
According to SEHA, clinicians, medical doctors, dentists, nurses and allied health professionals involved in teaching, learning or assessment in the workplace can participate in the educational initiative.
The programme has already received an encouraging response since its inception in February 2021, with more than 120 staff in total expected to join throughout the rest of the year.
