This came during a meeting between His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
The discussions in Berlin focused on the latest developments in the Middle East and other issues of mutual interest.
Sheikh Mohamed also praised Germany’s efforts to find a political solution to the crisis in Libya by hosting the Berlin conference, which will be held on Sunday.
