Two men arrested for filming themselves breaking COVID-19 rules

Two men have been arrested in Abu Dhabi for blatantly violating precautionary measures that have been put in place to curb the spread of coronavirus.

The men were caught by the Abu Dhabi Police after they filmed themselves entering a mall without masks, while still under quarantine.

The footage also showed them wearing tracker wristbands that are specifically for those under quarantine restrictions.

The UAE Public Prosecution said an investigation will be launched into the incident.
