The UAE Cabinet, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has approved 3,567 housing decisions, worth AED 2.54 billion, for citizens in 2025.
These approvals, under the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, include grants from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as government loans and financing decisions.
In the fourth quarter alone, 599 decisions worth AED 478 million were issued.
Officials say the initiative reflects the leadership’s commitment to providing quality housing and enhancing family stability for citizens.
