The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued an alert of potential light to heavy rainfall in some parts of the UAE starting from Saturday afternoon.
The NCM said the weather conditions are expected to affect some eastern, southern and western areas, extending to parts of the country's interior.
The authority added that the conditions are expected to persist from 1:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Saturday.
