UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
The meeting focused on the longstanding ties between the UAE and Iraq, particularly the Kurdistan Region, and ways to further strengthen cooperation.
The leaders also discussed regional and international issues of mutual interest and stressed the importance of continued efforts to promote security, stability and lasting peace across the Middle East.
