UAE leaders perform Eid Al Adha prayers

Members of the UAE's royal family have performed Eid Al Adha prayers.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, performed the Eid prayers at Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

In Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, performed the prayers at Sheikh Rashid Mosque in Zabeel.

The UAE royals were joined by a number of local dignitaries and a group of worshipers, while maintaining COVID-19 safety protocols.

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, performed the prayer at Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Mu'alla Mosque, while His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah performed Eid Al Adha prayer at the Grand Eid Musalla.
