UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a phone call from Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to discuss escalating military developments in the region.
During the call, the two leaders addressed continued Iranian attacks targeting countries in the region, saying they violate national sovereignty and international norms.
Both sides stressed the need for an immediate halt to military escalation, warning it poses a serious threat to regional and global stability.
They also underscored the importance of prioritising dialogue and diplomacy to address regional issues and preserve security and peace.
