The UAE's COVID-19 contact tracing app and vaccine registry, AlHosn has been displaying error messages for many users on Thursday.
The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) said it's working to fix the 'technical issue' and has apologised for the delay.
AlHosn app is mandatory to access many public places in Abu Dhabi through the 'Green Pass' system, which was rolled out earlier this week.
It is also used for showing COVID-19 screening results while crossing the border from Dubai to Abu Dhabi emirate.
We are currently working on fixing the technical issue in the #AlHosnApp. We apologize for the delay. #NCEMA
