867 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has reported 867 new cases of COVID-19, the highest daily cases in 16 weeks.

The last time the daily COVID cases hit over 800 was on February 18.

Another 637 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 895,736.

The total number of fatalities remains at 2,305 as no further deaths have been reported.

The total number of COVID-19 cases is 912,953, with the active cases at 14,912.

As many as 279,163 tests were conducted in the UAE on Wednesday.
