The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that Dubai's taxis and public buses are operating as normal, after recent adverse weather conditions temporarily disrupted services.
While the city's primary transport services have resumed, residents are advised that all intercity bus services connecting Dubai to other emirates remain suspended until further notice.
The RTA has urged the public to stay informed on the latest developments by following their official social media channels.
Careem is also back to its regular schedule within Dubai. However, passengers should note that some routes may still be inaccessible due to parts of the emirate still flooded.
Ride-hailing service YANGO have confirmed they are back to normal services. They said that "step by step the situation is back to normal".
Speaking to Dubai Eye 103.8's Business Breakfast on Friday, Islam Abdul Karim, General Manager at YANGO said the situation has been challenging but will help them improve their safety protocols.
Residents are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly and to keep up to date with the latest service updates from the RTA.
