Gargash praises Dubai ruler's message of togetherness to Gulf people

Dr Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, has praised a message from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to the people of the Arab Gulf.

In a post on social media platform X, Dr Gargash described the message as “one of the most beautiful and sincere things ever written about our region”.

He said it carried “pride in our shared history and faith in our united destiny and promising future”.

Dr Gargash said the most important part was its warning against “narrow agendas and sick minds that seek to divide the Gulf people”.

He added that the message emphasised that the region’s strength “lies in our closeness, cooperation, and good management of our differences”.

“A wise message at a very important time, worth reflecting on and holding onto its meanings,” he wrote.
