Global oil giants BP and Total are urging more Emiratis to work in the private sector, after signing a partnership agreement with Emirates Foundation. AbdulKarim AlMazmi is President of BP in the UAE. An Emirati who began his career with the government, he’s spent almost two decades working in the private sector for BP. Speaking on the sidelines of the ADIPEC oil exhibition in Abu Dhabi, he told ARN News companies need to demonstrate the benefits of a private sector career.
