The United Arab Emirates has been ranked the second country in the world with the most international schools. This is according to a report by The International School Consultancy (ISC). China is currently home to the highest number of international schools in the world, with 528 institutions. The UAE has 513, a number that's set to increase before the end of 2015 thanks to its large and growing expatriate population. Meanwhile, Dubai and Abu Dhabi sit at number one and number two, respectively for global cities with at least 50 international schools. Dubai operates 255 international schools at present, while Abu Dhabi runs 143. These offers a variety of curricula, including British, American and International Baccalaureate.
