Bolt, the e-hailing platform, has reached a major milestone, completing 1 million trips in Dubai since its launch in December 2024.

The achievement is powered by a fleet of premium limousines from over 200 trusted partners, including the Dubai Taxi Corporation’s fleet, and 18,000 skilled drivers.

The success is also driven by a user-friendly app, which features transparent pricing, easy navigation, live tracking, and a variety of ride options, from economy to premium and XL, all of which have boosted customer confidence in the service.

The partnership between Bolt and Dubai Taxi Company aims to revolutionize e-hailing in the emirate, expanding smart transport services in line with Dubai’s goal of transitioning 80% of taxi trips to e-hailing in the coming years.

Mansoor Alfalasi, CEO of Dubai Taxi Company, emphasized the role of Bolt in offering convenient, affordable transport options to meet Dubai’s growing population and visitor demand.

He also mentioned plans to add taxi services to the platform soon, with future expansions extending beyond Dubai into other emirates.

GJ Kistemaker, Vice President of Partner Markets at Bolt, expressed excitement over the achievement, highlighting the company’s commitment to supporting Dubai’s smart city vision.

He reiterated Bolt’s focus on providing efficient, affordable and sustainable transport solutions to contribute to the city's dynamic growth.
