Dubai World Trade Centre awards Phase Two contract

The AED 721 million Phase 2 contract for Dubai World Trade Centre has been awarded. Al Futtaim Carillion will deliver the main construction work on the Dubai Trade Centre District project. The development comprises 535,000 square metres of gross floor area located between the current Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The project will also comprise of two Grade A office properties of eight and 12 storeys.
