First flydubai flight to Tirana touches down in Albanian capital

Flydubai’s first flight to Tirana has touched down marking the start of the service from Dubai.

The aircraft departed Dubai International (DXB) at 09:44 am on Monday, and landed in the Albanian capital’s Tirana International Airport (TIA) at 1:46 pm.

Flydubai’s flight was welcomed on arrival by a ceremonial water cannon salute, a group of airport representatives and Albanian government officials.
