Lime Tree cafe to open new outlet by end of year

The UAE’s passion for eating out is convincing many operators to expand. One such entity is the Dubai-based Lime Tree Cafe, which has completed 15 years in business. The home-grown eatery, which first opened in Jumeirah in 2001, was one of the first locations in Dubai to sell organic fair trade coffee and tea and has since expanded to three locations. It’s now planning the launch of a new outlet this year, and a tie-up with the online food delivery firm Deliveroo. Lime Tree Cafe’s managing partner Corinne Bowker says Dubai offers the right platform to grow your idea in a challenging environment.
