China's top real estate internet platform has launched its services in the UAE.

Fang, which has been downloaded over 200 million times, will now feature property listings in the emirates.

It comes as His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces continues a three-day state visit to China.

Experts say there has been an increased interest among Chinese investors since long-term visas were launched in the emirates.
