UAE launches AI-powered chatbot platform 'U-Ask'

The UAE Government has launched an AI-powered chatbot - "U-Ask" - to provide unified access to government services, on its official website.

Available in Arabic and English, it offers service requirements, relevant information based on user preferences and direct links for applications.

The platform aligns with the government's digital transformation goals and aims to enhance efficiency. 

Developed with Microsoft and PwC Middle East, it offers personalised recommendations and addresses a wide range of inquiries.
