Arianna Grande and fiancé send Christmas presents to children in hospitals

Arianna Grande and her fiancé are giving back this holiday season by sending gifts, pizza, meals and so much more to children’s hospitals in Los Angeles and the UK.

Grande and her team picked present for all ages and developmental levels.

Gifts were sent to UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital in California, to hundreds of patients in hospitals in Manchester including Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and Manchester Royal Infirmary.

The 27-year-old singer announced her engagement to boyfriend Dalton Gomez this week.
