Veteran TV host Larry King in hospital with coronavirus

American TV talk show host Larry King is being treated at a Los Angeles hospital for COVID-19.

According to multiple media reports, the 87-year-old has been receiving treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre for over a week.

He is currently in isolation and unable to have any visitors, a report on CNN added.

King's representatives have not made any official comment yet.

He has Type 2 diabetes and has suffered from lung cancer, angina and heart attacks in recent years.
