Britain’s finance minister says he will resign on Wednesday.
Philip Hammond told the BBC on Sunday that he would step down before being fired by Boris Johnson, who is the favorite to become Britain’s next prime minister.
Hammond said that Johnson's conditions for serving in his government would involve accepting a no-deal exit from the European Union on October 31.
However Hammond said, "That is not something I could ever sign up to."
