The UAE confirmed 1,529 new cases of COVID-19 from 265,482 tests on Sunday.
Another 1,504 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 638,771.
Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,898.
A total of 660,978 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 20,309 are currently active.
