Dubai's ruler has assigned four Cabinet ministers to the newly launched Ministry of Possibilities.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, had launched the Ministry on Tuesday to address pressing national portfolios and build future government systems.
Under his directive, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has been assigned the Ministry's Department of Behavioral Rewards, while Obaid bin Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, for the Department of Government Procurement.
Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, has been assigned the Department of UAE Talent, while Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Happiness and Wellbeing, for the Department of Anticipatory Services.

Among their first responsibilities, the ministry will build an e-platform to facilitate government purchases, shortening the process from 60 days to 6 minutes and discover talents in UAE children.
