COVID-19: Dubai Police issues 443 fines for not wearing masks at malls

As many as 443 fines and 1,569 warnings were issued by Dubai Police during recent inspections at shopping centres.

The fines were handed out for not wearing a mask, while the authority also found 17 gatherings that violated COVID-19 precautionary measures.

The checks were carried out at five different shopping malls in the emirate earlier this month.
