COVID-19: UAE announces 462 new cases, 9 deaths

The UAE has announced 462 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 15,192.

This comes after the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHaP) conducted more than 28,000 COVID-19 tests nationwide.

It was also confirmed that nine more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 146.

Meanwhile, 187 more patients have recovered, meaning the total number of recoveries in the UAE now stands at 3,153.
