A Dubai-based couple, who tested positive for COVID-19, has highlighted the importance of social distancing and following the stay at home rules.
While speaking to ARN News, they urged everyone to do their bit to stop others from getting infected.
Shane Manning is currently recovering in hospital, while his wife Suman is asymptomatic and is self-isolating at home.
Shane explains why it’s essential to avoid physical contact with others as a precautionary measure.
He also describes the gradual onset of symptoms and the different phases that he went through.
Meanwhile, Suman added that the disease affects people in different ways and it can hit anyone irrespective of their fitness levels.
