The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has opened a specialised centre for treating infectious and communicable diseases.
Equipped with the latest technology and critical care system, the Hospitality Care Center will also cater to COVID-19 patients.
The facility, located in Dubai Industrial Zone, will provide round-the-clock services all days of the week under the management and supervision of Rashid Hospital.
It has three floors with 88 dedicated rooms for the treatment of COVID-19 patients, from normal to critical cases.
The DHA's Director-General Humaid Al Qutami said that the centre represents an important addition to the high-quality health care services that the authority has provided, which has significantly helped in improving the recovery rate of COVID-19.
