Dubai Police issued a detailed list of dos and don'ts on Saturday, urging drivers to exercise caution on the roads during the rains.

Drivers have been advised to avoid areas prone to floods and beaches during "unstable weather conditions".

During rains, motorists must reduce speed, leave safe distance between cars and avoid distractions.

The force reaffirmed its readiness to handle emergencies, and urged residents to dial 999 in case of emergencies.
