A UAE national has been honoured for his honesty after he returned a wallet, containing AED 12,000 in cash, that was left behind in the Abu Hail area.
Salem Mohammed Yousef Obaid Al Kaabi handed over the wallet to the Al Qusais police station.
Senior police officers presented him with a certificate of appreciation for alerting the authorities and highlighted their keenness to strengthen the concept of community partnership.
Al Kaabi also thanked the Dubai Police for the recognition, and added that it gives him pride and joy.
