Fans of space exploration in Dubai can get one small step closer to Mars, thanks to the UAE’s first ever space display in the Burj Park. The interactive exhibition will showcase the Mars Mission and UAE's space programme, with live satellite links to Emirati engineers around the world. It's all part the UAE's Innovation Week. Space themed events will start tomorrow (Nov 25), and last until Nov 28. Hamdah Bin Kalban is Dubai Committee Coordinator for the UAE’s Innovation Week and General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai. She explains why the UAE is spending more than AED 20 billion on space exploration.
