Motorists in Dubai can avail of free parking until the end of the National Disinfection Programme.

That's according to Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), which took to Twitter to announce the extension.

The free parking period, which is part of COVID-19 relief measures for residents, was due to end on April 13.

Dubai's disinfection drive was extended on April 4 for an additional two weeks.
