His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, has shared a special message to mark the 18th anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's ascension.
Sheikh Maktoum, who also holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, hailed Sheikh Mohammed, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as the leader "who does not know the impossible".
He praised Sheikh Mohammed for "changing the concepts of government administration and setting new standards for universality".
