Al Muraqqabat police station has become the first government service centre in Dubai to receive a six-star rating.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, honoured the facility, which is powered by artificial intelligence.
Since its transformation from a traditional police station to a smart centre in 2019, it has completed more than 100,000 transactions and currently provides services in seven languages.
It has also achieved a satisfaction rate of 99.8 per cent from the public, while its response time to emergencies is only 90 seconds.
